Following the loss of his mother, young Joshua, an inquisitive boy from the city possessing an exquisitely sensitive heart, struggles to find his place in a world that has grown unfamiliar. His brother lays paralyzed by a nameless sickness, teetering on the brink of life and death. Driven by an unwavering determination to save his brother, he sets out on a perilous quest for the forbidden water, a once magical source rumored to possess the power to heal any affliction.
