The second book in the Ares Mars series. The year is 2024. The War on Terror has heated up with threats both domestic and foreign taking place within the borders of the United States. President Jennifer Collier recognizes the need for a new agency to fight these threats against America's freedoms. She forms the D.I.S. or Domestic Intelligence Service.
