Studd's Juke Joint

This literary work, "Studd's Juke Joint," is about a sharecropper's son named Studd and his journey into manhood. With the strong desire to survive outside of the sharecropping fields, Studd overcomes poverty. With the help of several people, Studd plans and stays the course he envisions to become his own man. He becomes a successful property and business owner in the southern back woods of Mississippi.
