The Burning Girls

The remote town of Crooked Creek is beset by wildfires tearing through the mountains. Detective Ellie Reeves, whose own family home was burned, just learned that she was adopted. As she tries to come to terms with her past, Ellie is up against a serial killer. The burned remains of teenage girls are being found, each time, surrounded by a circle of stones. The more she uncovers, the more the case becomes personal.
