The Cabin on Kanu Lake

Every school has its bullies, and so did Mayfield, a school in small town Minnesota. Sara as a young girl along with others experienced Daryl's teasing and tormenting until enough was enough. He was sent to a boy's ranch in South Dakota where through therapy and discipline he made 180-degree turn-around. After graduating from high school and learning a trade as a carpenter and handyman, it was his mission to make amends to the people he hurt. He was successful contacting most of his victims and apologizing. But Sara, the girl he picked on the most wouldn't return his calls or acknowledge the fact that he had changed. Through a chance meeting when he did some repair work on her parent's cabin, he saw her in person. He felt it necessary to hide his identity from her. What happened during that summer at the cabin brings them together through adventure and humor. Does she forgive him when she learns his secret? Only time will tell.
