The Cowgirl Filmmaker

If I were to put my story into a movie plot, I'd say a Los Angeles filmmaker leaves her Hollywood life to fulfill her dreams of making westerns in the heart of Southern Arizona. That's the gist of my story. But how I came to this point, well - that's another story. From starting off as a child actress, going to film school, becoming a production assistant at Paramount Studios, to becoming the personal assistant to one of the most powerful woman in Hollywood, meeting the sons of a legendary country singer in Arizona, to being pinned against two legendary country music families I coin the Hatfields & McCoy's, getting Dolly Parton's story rights to be portrayed in a script, and ultimately leaving Hollywood for an Arizona filmmaking adventure of a lifetime. This is my story, and most importantly, my ten step guide to producing an indie movie!
