It is a comfort for all who claimAnd lean upon that special name.Before it, we count all as loss, In looking upon Calvary's cross."What a lost art in our noisy and busy societies. I'm pretty sure that Richard learned this discipline as he explored God's Word, and as he modeled his life after that of our Lord. Jesus withdrew from the business of healing, teaching, and modeling godliness, and turned to the quiet places for relationship with His Heavenly Father.I see that intimacy in Richard's life, and in his writing.He knows what he believes and he knows the Person that he writes about.
