The Curse

Nick meets a beautiful girl on a night. Having been single for a while and ignoring what should have been some initial warnings for him, he embraces the draw of her enamour and what on the face of it seems everything they've both ever wanted in a partner and the future looks bright . Love soon blossoms and all virtually seems perfect. They both spend large chunks of the days thinking and communicating with each other as they long for the next times they'll be together again as they long to be and are split by the long distance that keeps them apart. A surprise diagnosis which seems negligible at first turns out to be a storm of unimaginable magnitude to the depths of the mind and complete despair. There's no escape, no sense, just more pitfalls with some periods of respite . This is a journey that could happen to anyone for which many suffer yet barely anyone would have heard of or know about.
