As a result, health inequity and unequal access, come up as the main concern for the Indian Health care system. This study aims to report the bottlenecks in health financing functions resulting in financial barrios in health care access. Literature review and desk study were done by reviewing, analyzing the data from national health account and National Family Health Survey conducted during 2012-13 to 2015-16 and analysis of studies done on health system and Health financing functions in India were included. The OASIS framework used to guide the study.
