Times I: Oh, Vienna

Niet van der Zand's story begins in Vienna. He is a succesful businessman who meets a series of women which he begins a liaison with. In fact he falls in love with at least four of them. He is interested in Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology and The Arts. He hopes to use these to untangle the web, but as yet he continues to weave that web.
