Generations ago arose the oceans dawning a new world. Those with knowledge of the sea controlling a vessel rode out a 21st century deluge. The highest peaks of land has given some sort of refuge to people struggling for survival. A population grows more desperate as resources dwindle and legend tells a natural nirvana exists on the outskirts.
