In order to provide efficient interface between web services and components, Online Tutoring Framework for E-learning system using Web Service technology (OTFWS) is introduced to present an E-learning system in a well-organized way. An interface offered here acts as the crossing point for the back end web services and the learning software component model. The proposed web service interface is built based on the back end web service and middleware interactive components. The interface online tutoring environment is the significant contribution in which each student and tutor is presented with a unique code. Using the unique code, the student can communicate with the tutors regarding the course which he desires to choose. Based on the students¿ necessities, the interface will provide an E-learning system with interactive services and materials.
