An effective group decision mechanism will enhance the quality of the group decision making process, and thereby improve the organization¿s performance. Due to the development of e-democracy and information technology, decision makers are now able to conclude a group decision without face-to-face meetings. These results the problem of aggregation of preferences being solved and the managerial operations of the organization being enhanced without much time consumption. Decision making is the study of identifying and choosing alternatives based on the values and preferences of the decision maker. Making a decision implies that there are alternative choices to be considered, and in such cases many of these alternatives as possible should be identified and the one that best fits with our goals, objectives, desires, values should be chosen.
