Bag om Abundant Soul-Utions: A Mompreneur's Guide to Manifesting Success Through Self-Care
Does this sound familiar? 6:00 A.M.: You get kicked abruptly by a small foot, and BAM--you're awake! You immediately become resentful that you didn't get a good night's sleep. Never mind that morning routine you keep promising yourself you'll get to. Personal development goals are out the window. Meditation is waving at you from a distance. 8:30 A.M.-3:00 P.M.: You did it! You managed to get yourself and the kids dressed, lunches packed, and drop-off is complete! Insert car dancing! Life is amazing! The perfect mindset for manifesting, you've heard. You continue togrind hard throughout the day. 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.: Dinner is done, and you make yourself sit on the floor to play with your kids, because that's what good Moms do. But your work is calling! That's all you can think about. At least this glass of wine takes the edge off . . . 1:00 A.M.: You awake in a panic. How am I going to get more clients? you think. You enter a full-on "doubt spiral" and can't see the way through. Then your kid comes into your bed. You pretend you're asleep so your partner willcarry them back to bed because you feel guilty asking for help. Ugh. This describes a day in the life--the highs and mostly lows--of an overachieving female mompreneur (at least that's how it was for me). A mompreneur is a woman juggling motherhood and running a business. From one overachievingmompreneur to another, I'm here to tell you: this has to change, you deserve more, and there is a better way! Where results can flow, where you're there for your kids, and where you live the life you've imagined--all through the pathway of self-care! When we finally give ourselves permission to take care of our own selves first, it has a profound ripple effect on our families, friends, and finances. Abundant Soul-utions shows female entrepreneurs they can manifest it all--it just involves redefining what having it "all" means, having a shift in perspective on how to get there, and remembering and trusting who they are at their deepest core.
