Adult Coloring Book

I have enjoyed creating my own coloring designs for many years. I have enjoyed filling sketch books with my designs using gel pens and then coloring them with permanent marker brush pens. I have matted and framed many and given them away to friends and family. Each of these designs has been printed on only one side and with enough space around the design for you to do that as well. I use brush pens to color the designs because I like the wide range and intensity of the colors. Also, the sharp brush point makes it easier to color in the fine details and stay within the pen line. I enjoy creating abstract designs with fine detail as the design stands out when using the intense colors of the brush pens. I have found that Faber-Castell pens have the finest point, but the colors are less bright. I also use Tombow, LePlume II and Dual Brush by Art Performance, but anything with a fine brush point will work, including colored pencils or crayons. To add a more exotic look, I have used metallic marker pens to add accent to my colored designs. If you use brush markers, you may want to put a heavier backing sheet between designs to insure the marker doesn't leak through onto the next page.
