Assignments, Attachments, Details, and Transfers (Army Regulation 140-10)

This regulation covers policy and procedures for assigning, attaching, removing, and transferring U.S. Army Reserve soldiers. It defines Ready Reserve Control Groups and the Selected Reserve.
