Bad Dogs Running

An assassination in Hong Kong sends CIA's Bob Steck on a search for the killer. He uncovers a scam selling fake IED detectors to Iraq and other countries, aided by a rogue agent. Thousands of people are dying because of the scam. He solves the case in a lip-biting chase through Europe.
