Confronting the Corinthians

This 8 lesson study deals head-on with the thorny problems and questions that surfaced in the early church at Corinth. These issues are strikingly contemporary to our society: problems with factions and divisions, questions about marriage and celibacy, principles for dealing with areas where the Scripture is silent, and understanding the importance of the resurrection. For the final lesson, we cease wrestling with the dilemmas the Corinthians faced and gaze on the majesty of the One who called them into His marvelous light, by focusing on passages about the Lord Jesus Christ as presented in Paul's second letter to the Corinthians.
