Dead in the Water

Chris Farmer and Peta Frampton of Greater Manchester were beaten, tortured and killed while crewing a yacht owned by an American named Silas Boston. Farmer's sister Penny looks back over the two involved families' efforts to bring Boston to justice, amassing evidence over a nearly-forty year period.
