Don't Mention the FBI

Monica, her boyfriend Mick, their lover Lisa and a group of people from an obscure island north of Hawaii are drawn into a conspiracy that is initiated by Monica's mother, and developed by an FBI agent, who is known for his harebrained plans. The city on the island, where Monica and the conspirators live, is known for its strange natural occurrences, which defy scientific explanations. To execute the FBI conspiracy, the plotters have to leave the island and enter another country with fake identification paper.
