Bag om Don't tell all your business!
Some family stories are lost and others are discouraged due to their darker content with the stern admonition, "Don't tell all your business!" This is a collection of stories that survived about growing up in a rural area fondly referred to as the Bermuda Triangle of Alabama. The stories recount times when the families that had moved away returned in the summers with car loads of cousins who were set free to move with reckless abandon from fields and yards to woods and creeks. Reflected in the tales are both the dark and light sides of the lives of those who never left, the cousins and brothers that grew up on the gravel road where their grandmother's farm dominated the crest of a hill. The darker stories are necessary to present a more accurate portrayal. After all, they are stories of a family and without the dark ones, the lighter more whimsical tales would never seem to shine as bright.
