She began as a pelvic floor physiotherapist, perinatal fitness coach, and Pilates instructor and has trained extensively in perinatal care and managing pelvic pain. Her goal is to create accessible women's health and wellness education and build awareness and empowerment around our own bodies. As a wife and mom to a beautiful little girl, Lennon, Danielle is an expert in helping women feel confident and strong - mentally, physically, and emotionally - through these transformational periods of our lives. Absolutely nothing is deemed "TMI" in her world. In addition to holding an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree and Masters in Physical Therapy, Danielle is also a certified Perinatal Strength & Conditioning Coach, certified Mat Pilates instructor, certified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, physio doula, certified Medical Acupuncturist, educator, and author. Using her varied training, personal experiences, and passion for women's health, Danielle continues to advocate for all things pelvic health through social media and by providing accessible online and in-person pelvic health workshops and courses.
