Enjoy Good Food in The Great Outdoors

I have made a note in the recipe descriptions of whether the method is home preparation or at the campsite over a fire. I have an extra-large cooler that holds many pre-made meals and I also have a small portable gas stove for those recipes that need more heat control than a campfire. Where possible, wrapping food in a tin-foil packet will help seal it for travel and will make sure it doesn't burn when heating it on the fire grill. I always pack extra if some of the wrap rips or we want to bring a little extra on an excursion.
