Having an intimate (close) relationship with God can be challenging, especially for the youth of today. Sadly, in this generation, we are taught to believe that we have no purpose and that God does not really have a plan for our lives. We are here to fulfill God's will. We are designed to need Him and when we try to live without Him, we will most likely find ourselves in a world of wilderness. Without knowing God for ourselves we risk discovering our full potential or reaching the place in our lives where God desires us to be. We are likely to become destructive to others, including ourselves. We are likely to become people who walk in hate instead of walking in love. But the good news is, even in our youth, we can confront the lies of the enemy and attack them with the truth and the truth is that God loves us, God has a plan for us, and God wants us to experience intimacy with Him.
