Frogland

This is the second book of the three-part "Frogland" epic poem for children. In it the citizens of Frogland must fight to save themselves from the Shrug-Shrug. This creature resembles a cross between a dragon and a giant cockroach and sucks the willpower out of Frogland's residents.
