Guardians of the Rings

The first issue of a 14 book series starts out with the planet Elysium dying. The only way to save it is to send the five rings of the universe to earth and hope that the new Guardians can learn how to use them in time. Will the smartest politicians, and scientists plans work or will the last thousand generations of past Guardians go down in vain along with the planet!
