Bag om Guidelines for Church Leadership in the Book of Titus
The quest for applicable principles in leadership is in full swing in today's world. Numerous books and articles focus on the subject. However, regrettably many of them draw their materials from the social sciences, psychology and sociology. While they offer helpful guidance to sincere seekers for direction in their supervisory labors, they cannot go beyond the limits of the human mind in what they provide. In the field of religious work, especially Christianity, those striving for spiritual renewal often call for a "return to the basics." This book seeks to serve those who concern themselves with that search. Its principles of leadership come from the Book of Titus in the Bible. One can never do better than return to the basics of what the primitive Church set forth as to acceptable principles of leadership. With a spiritually inspired pen in a highly personal setting the Apostle Paul writes to his understudy Titus with several stated and implied principles which he may wisely use in his ministry. I have endeavored to pull them out for highlighting in this book with paraphrased words, clip art, and expanded commentary in my exposition of this biblical epistle.
