History of Scituate, Massachusetts

Scituate, Massachusetts was one of the earliest settlements in New England and would play an important part in the civil and military affairs of the Plymouth Colony. The earliest inhabitants were members of the first ship's company who came up from Plymouth in 1633. This volume is a history of the people and events that produced this vibrant and significant colonial community.
