Jed, The Poorhouse Boy

Jed was a good boy, but the new directors of the poorhouse didn't think so. Life became so unbearable for Jed, that when an actor accidentally thought the poorhouse was a hotel and Jed found him in his bed.. Jed jumped at the chance to leave the poorhouse. Through many trials and tribulations Jed comes out shining in the end.
