Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer' Training Corps (MCJROTC) Program

The enactment of reference (a) and codification in references (b) and (c) authorize the Secretary of the Navy to commission Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (MCJROTC) units at secondary schools that meet established criteria. Accordingly, the Secretary of the Navy has authorized the Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC) to establish MCJROTC units throughout the United States.
