She also conducts clinical research at Viterbo University and with the Mayo Clinic Endocrine Research Unit and provides weight loss counseling within the Mayo Clinic Endocrine Research Unit. Dr. Morgan-Bathke holds a Ph.D. in nutritional sciences from the University of Arizona, an M.B.A. with focus in international business and health care administration from Viterbo University, and completed her dietetic internship to become a registered dietitian through the Carondelet Health System in Tucson, Arizona.
