Oklahoma state investigator Jack Landers is charismatic, smart and tough. But, he is bewildered and under pressure. Somebody is killing blonde women and leaving their bodies on riverbanks and lakeshore around the state. Jack and his task force have to stop them now. Then, it starts to his too close to home.
