Oxford is a beautiful and historic city in the south of England. It is most well known as the birthplace of the English playwright and poet, William Shakespeare. Today, Stratford-upon-Avon is the home of the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) and their riverside theatre. It is a major tourist destination in the United Kingdom.
