I haven't finished reading the book yet, but so far I really like it. It's concise, meaning it doesn't keep telling you the same things over and over using different words, like a lot of books do. Instead it gets right to the point. It explains what's important in communication, why it's important, gives examples and tells you how to apply it to your life. You can only learn new valuable skills by reading this, so why not give it a go?
