Pollyanna

This classic youth play of the American stage was based on the widely read Pollyanna books, It was a success when it was first produced on Broadway and as the New York Times noted "a play that the public is sure to love." Adapted by the skillful playwright, Catherine Chisholm Cushing, the drama sketches Pollyanna's life from when she first comes to live with her aunt, to her return from the five years spent abroad completely recovered from the accident that paralyzed everything but her gladness.
