Chuck Strauss' hopes of mending fractured family relationships over the Thanksgiving holiday vaporize when he learns that he must lead the corporate software upgrade that weekend. Rising to a challenge from his wife, he and his teammates create a better approach to manage upgrades, one that would not require them to work over Thanksgiving weekend.
