Red Flags takes the reader to the beach of Wesley Brooks' youth and a summer filled with rip currents and dangerous friendships.When he moves to the Outer Banks of North Carolina for the summer of 1993, Wesley expects to find warm water, a simple job, and maybe a special girl to share nights on the beach with.
