Release It! Workbook

"Release It" Workbook is a study guide that helps Soldiers to work through traumatic experiences from combat that has left them with internal turmoil. In the process the individuals will learn to pray, listen, and receive God's healing in an enlightened step-by-step process. Its practical application can empower individuals to consciously listen to God in ways that bring encouragement, assurance, and inner healing. Jesus said, "The truth will set you free." Lessons in the workbook includes questions for discussion and personal reflection.
