Rosmersholm

A widower is scandalized by his friendship with a young female resident. Rosmersholm, by Henrik Ibsen, centers on a former priest, who's haunted by his wife's suicide. He finds comfort in a friend, who moved in prior to her death. Their arrangement, platonic or otherwise, becomes a source of controversy.
