Virgil Jones, leader of the state's Major Crimes Unit, knew it was a day none of them would ever forget. He just didn't think it would come back to haunt them...

When she asks for help from the sheriff, it sets off a chain of events that takes Virgil and the MCU from one end of the state to the other, and when Virgil figures out what's going on, the people he's hunting don't plan to let anything...or anyone stop them.
