The Legacy of Quests

Nick and Jenny are with Nick's parents in their car on the way to a cottage in Wales. Neither of them know each other and neither are very happy about having to go there. However in the cottage they find an unusual means of travel to strange places, where they seem to arrive just at the right time. What is the legacy that Great Uncle David left? Where do they go and what quests await them?
