The Lunatic of Soulard

Life in the Ghetto can be very strange at times, especially when that Ghetto is the oldest surviving neighborhood in St. Louis. Soulard they called it. A lot of people took a lot of time and effort to raise the neighborhood from the ashes like the Phoenix. This is a story about that rise as well as the hopes and dreams about what the future might bring to those of us who were a part of it... if you were lucky.
