The Secret Witness

The Secret Witness is an action packed novel exposing an international conspiracy that, if successful, will result in a coup d'etat that will rip the heart of the Russian Empire. The clandestine meeting is unwittingly overheard by two young lovers, one English - one Austro-Hungarian, who flee to Vienna to inform their respective governments of the plot. First published in 1917, The Secret Witness could well have been written by a modern day spy novelist.
