The Tail of Max the Mindless Dog

Max's tail frequently was hurt, and believing it to be the source of his pain, he set out to catch and tie it in a knot. In doing so, he developed a habit of running in circles. Mindfulness helps him to replace his less productive habits with positive, more productive ones.
