Alone, with a huge secret, many of them look to suicide as a permanent solution to end their pain and confusion. Surrounded by bullies at school who call him a freak, isolated because of his secret, this young boy born in the wrong body, is at a dead end. Life is just too painful to bear another day. Desperate to end it all, he reaches out to his mother in a final attempt to find someone who might understand him.
