The United States in the Light of Prophecy

Over 1600 years passed between the Apostolic Age and the founding of the United States of America. As America today finds itself at the heart of worldwide conflict and policy as the world's wealthiest nation, prophecy students cannot help but wonder whether the nation's emergence as a superpower is fulfillment of Biblical prophecy. Varying opinions have proposed diverging theories such as that the United States will cease to be a factor after the rapture or that it might be the Mystery Babylon found in Revelation.
