The Valour of Sir Henry

The King's Tournament is the most exciting and dangerous event in the entire realm. Only the bravest fighters dare enter. Tickets are so rare that only the best of the best make it as contestants. Henry; a Gnome from the Twin Cities, has somehow managed to find one. Seeing this as an opportunity to prove to everyone he is just as brave as them, he enters. Now the young Gnome must travel to the Kingdom of Storm's-Break and participate in the gruelling three day tournament. With each day comes a new event that is more deadly and challenging than the last. Will Henry be able to prove his valour on the Fields of Battle in a quest for gold and glory? or will he be defeated and must run home with his tail between his legs? The Valour of Sir Henry: A Freya Fable is a Novella set between the events of The Golden Legion and The Age of Darkness; the second and third books in the Freya Fables series. It is a shorter story that bridges the gap between the two books, while at the same time it can be enjoyed on its own as a separate tale of fantasy adventure for the whole family.
