    Jeg er næsten igennem bogen. Jeg er yderst tilfreds med mit valg af bogen; dels fordi, at Jay fortæller, hvordan det var i ashram og de ting han selv sloges med, da han startede som munk. De tanker han havde omkring hans ego, hvor svært det var, at koncentrerer sig om de emner, han fik af hans mentor, når han mediteret. I gennem bogen, er der forskellige opgaver, som man kan vælge at lave. Jeg har lavet nogle stykker, og en af opgaverne har hjulpet mig til at se helt grundlæggende, hvilke frygt jeg er vokset op med, som startede meget tidligt i mine barneår. Yderligere giver han en guideline til at få nogle redskaber ind i din dagligdag, der gør, at du vil få det bedre, fx at stå tidligere op og, hvad det vil gøre for dig. Jay vil dig bare det bedste med denne her bog. Jeg har virkelig en fornemmelse af, at han practice what you preach
