The General objective of this study was to assess clearly the service application of Dashen payment card. Both primary and secondary data would be considered, the primary data were collected from the bank¿s customers and manager of the bank. The secondary data were collected from published and unpublished monthy and annual reports of the bank. The researcher would be used simple random sampling for the selection of the sample. The major findings of this study were good attitude towards ATM visa card payment, network problems, dissatisfaction with the response time for problems encountered on ATM machines, insufficient infrastructural facility for ATM visa card payment, DB give training before the service but not adequate.
