LEARNING ABOUT YOSEMITE with Grandma

Photos on every page, show one of the most beautiful places in the world. Grandma thinks Yosemite National Park in California is wonderful and wants other people to learn about it. She tells about the waterfalls, hiking trails and how the Native Americans lived in this valley for thousands of year; the types of tepees they lived in and how they ground up acorns to make mash to eat. She also tells how Half Dome was formed and what it looks like to climb it. The valley has bears, deer, all types of wildlife. Thanks to John Muir, it was preserved as a National Park.
